On Friday, Feb. 28, former Doherty Memorial High School standout David Pedanou’s current college team, the Pittsburgh Panthers, won 8-4 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the UNC Greensboro Spartans.

The game took place at UNCG Baseball Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Spartans this season.

The Panthers’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 1 at 2 p.m. at UNCG Baseball Stadium against UNC Greensboro Spartans.
