On Tuesday, April 8, former Hopedale High School standout Alex Luccini’s current college team, the UMass Lowell Riverhawks, lost 3-1 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Boston Eagles.

The game took place at Harrington Athletics Village. This was their first matchup against the Eagles this season.

The Riverhawks’ next game is scheduled for Friday, April 11 at 3 p.m. at Edward A. LeLacheur Park against UMBC Retrievers.
