Of the 1,273 people living in East Brookfield in 2020, 45.2 percent (575) were women and 54.8 percent (698) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Mid Massachusetts News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 110. In the 65 and over age range, there were 143 females and 139 males.
