The Assumption University baseball team saw MacGuire O'Sullivan toss a gem as the Greyhounds blanked Bentley University 4-0 in Northeast-10 Conference action Friday afternoon.

HOW IT HAPPENED
The game started very slow for both sides, with neither team scoring for the first six innings of action in Waltham. MacGuire O'Sullivan had a stunning performance on the mound for the Hounds, allowing two hits with eight strikeouts after pitching seven innings. He also only allowed three walks on the day.
In the seventh inning, Assumption finally broke the deadlock, as Jake Hamel's single scored Christopher Rabias, putting the Greyhounds up by one. They would do more damage in the 8th with Rabias slamming a three-run homer, scoring himself, Jared Berardino, and Cole Durkan. John Davis closed things out for Assumption, as he picked up the save by pitching two innings and only allowing one hit. The Greyhounds are back against the Falcons with a doubleheader on Sunday.
