The Holy Cross women's lacrosse team will play its second straight road game, when it heads to No. 9 Loyola (Md.) for a 12 p.m. contest on Saturday, April 1. 

Things to Know About the Crusaders (4-7, 1-2 PL):
• Holy Cross stands 4-7 overall this year with a 1-2 mark in the Patriot League. The Crusaders are coming off a 17-13 victory at Boston University on Wednesday.
• Senior Jenna Giardina led the team with four points on three goals and one assist in Wednesday's win over Boston University. She previously scored a career-high six goals during the Harvard game, while tallying three goals and one assist against Stonehill. On the year, Giardina stands fifth on the team in scoring with 16 goals and three assists for 19 points. During her Holy Cross career, she has totaled 50 points on 42 goals and eight assists.
• Senior Henna Brennan scored three goals during the victory at Boston University, after tallying two goals and one assist against American. She previously scored three goals against Quinnipiac, while recording three goals and one assist against Bryant. Brennan is ranks sixth on the team in scoring with 18 points on 14 goals and four assists.  In her collegiate career, she now has 17 goals and four assists for 21 points.
• Sophomore Isabela Miller ranks second on the team in scoring with 23 points on nine goals and 14 assists. During the win over Boston University, she dished out a career-best five assists. Miller previously had one goal and four assists at Bryant, while recording three goals and two assists at UMass Lowell. She now has 58 points on 37 goals and 21 assists in her career, with 10 multi-goal games.
• Junior Lauren Drillock scored five goals against No. 25 UMass, while tallying a career-high eight points on six goals and two assists in the win over Bryant. She currently leads the team in scoring with 39 points on 27 goals and 12 assists, while posting nine multi-goal games. Over the course of her career as a Crusader, Drillock has now totaled 47 goals and 13 assists for 60 points in 29 games played. 
• Sophomore Ella Kittredge is tied for third on the team in scoring with 18 goals and three assists for 21 points. She scored a career-best four goals in the win over Stonehill, after previously tallying three goals and one assist against both Bryant and Fairfield. In her career, Kittredge now has 37 points on 32 goals and five assists.
• Senior Christine Fabrizi set a career high with three goals scored against Fairfield, then recorded two goals and one assist in the victory at Bryant. In 35 career games played, she now has 34 points on 26 goals and eight assists.
• Fabrizi and senior Charlotte Wittstock are serving as the Crusaders' captains this season.

Scouting the Greyhounds (8-2, 3-0 PL): 
• Loyola has an overall record of 8-2 on the season, with a 3-0 mark in the Patriot League. The Greyhounds are currently ranked ninth in the nation by the Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association.
• Junior Sydni Black leads the team in scoring with 38 points on 24 goals and 14 assists, while senior Jillian Wilson has added 35 points on 28 goals and seven assists.
• Sophomore Lauren Spence has started every game in goal for Loyola, posting a 7.67 goals against average with 73 saves.

Series History:
• This will be the ninth meeting between Holy Cross and Loyola, with the Greyhounds leading all-time series 8-0.
• The schools last met on April 2, 2022, when Loyola posted a 21-7 victory in Worcester.
