Worcester to Launch 311 Mobile App

WORCESTER, Mass. – The City of Worcester will officially roll out its 311 mobile application Tuesday, July 11.

The new application will serve as residents’ one-stop resource for all non-emergency questions. Through the application, residents will be able to submit online service requests 24/7. Those requests include, but are not limited to, trash and recycling, streets and sidewalks, nuisances/complaints, trees, and more.

Media is invited to attend a press conference Tuesday where City officials will speak and provide a demonstration of the application and a tour of the call center.

When: Tuesday, July 11, 4:30 p.m.

Where: Regional Emergency Communication and Emergency Operations Center, 2 Coppage Dr.
