On Sunday, March 16, former Holy Name Central Catholic High School standout Anthony Pingeton’s current college team, the North Alabama Lions, won 7-6 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Central Arkansas Bears.

The game took place at Bank Independent Stadium. This was their third matchup against the Bears this season.

The Lions’ next game is scheduled for Friday, March 21 at 6 p.m. at Earle Combs Stadium against Eastern Kentucky Colonels.
