HOW IT HAPPENED
The Penmen would be the first team to score, as Jordan Butter used a low shot to put SNHU up (1-0) at the 37:45 marker. Southern New Hampshire saw their lead grow to 2-0 in the 51st minute, as Georgia Greene scored with a shot in the top left corner of the cage. Assumption responded just over a minute later, as Julia Sferlazza recorded her first goal of the year.
Southern New Hampshire tacked on another goal in the 81st minute, as Nida Orloff scored off a rebound off the crossbar.
